Good evening. Could you bring me extra pillows to the room?
"¿Podrían...?" (could you all...?) is a very polite form using the conditional tense. It's the go-to for hotel requests.

Por supuesto. ¿Cuántas necesita?

Of course. How many do you need?
You
Dos almohadas, por favor. Y también necesito toallas limpias.

Two pillows, please. And I also need clean towels.
"Limpias" (clean) is a useful adjective. Its opposite, "sucias" (dirty), is handy if you need to explain a problem.

Se las llevo en unos minutos. ¿Necesita algo más?

I'll bring them to you in a few minutes. Do you need anything else?
You
Sí, una cobija extra también, por favor. Gracias.

Yes, an extra blanket too, please. Thank you.
"Cobija" is the most common word for blanket in Latin America. In Spain, you'd hear "manta" instead.
