What did you think of the ceviche?
"Parecer" means "to seem" — "¿Qué te pareció?" is the most common way to ask someone's opinion.

¡Estaba riquísimo! Me gustó mucho el sabor del limón.
ehs-TAH-bah ree-KEE-see-moh! meh goos-TOH MOO-choh ehl sah-BOR dehl lee-MOHN
It was delicious! I really liked the lime flavor.
Adding "-ísimo" to an adjective makes it a superlative. "Rico" becomes "riquísimo" — extremely delicious.

¿No te pareció muy picante?
noh teh pah-reh-SEE-oh MOO-ee pee-KAHN-teh
Didn't you think it was too spicy?

Un poquito picante, pero me gusta así. Tiene mucho sabor.
oon poh-KEE-toh pee-KAHN-teh, PEH-roh meh GOOS-tah ah-SEE. tee-EH-neh MOO-choh sah-BOR
A little spicy, but I like it that way. It has a lot of flavor.
"Un poquito" is the diminutive of "un poco" — it softens your statement and sounds natural.

Entonces tienes que probar el ají de la casa. ¡Ese pica!

Then you have to try the house hot sauce. That one really is spicy!
"Ají" is the common word for hot pepper or hot sauce across much of Latin America.
