Fresh fish, lime, onion, cilantro, and chili pepper. First, cut the fish into small cubes.
In Latin America, "limón" usually refers to lime, not lemon. Ají is the general word for chili pepper in many South American countries.

About twenty minutes. The lime will "cook" the fish. Try it!
"Pruébenlo" uses the ustedes command form. In a casual class you might also hear "pruébenlo" or "pruébalo" (singular).
